In the second quarter of 2021, the Android tabletop gaming scene in Latin America saw fluctuating user engagement across the top 5 board game apps. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into these trends.

Ludo Club - Dice & Board Game maintained strong performance with downloads peaking at around 212K in mid-April before dipping to 167K by the end of June. Weekly active users reached a high of 1.2M in mid-May, but experienced a slight decline to 1.1M towards the end of the quarter.

Parchisi STAR Online also demonstrated a robust presence, with downloads reaching over 202K in mid-April. Weekly active users showed more variability, peaking at nearly 3M at the end of March and then tapering off to 2.6M by late June.

Dominoes saw a steady number of downloads, with a high of 180K in early April, and active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 1.7M to 1.8M in the earlier weeks before settling at 1.6M by the quarter's close.

Checkers Online experienced a more pronounced dip in downloads from 171K at the start of April to 64K by the end of June. Weekly active users followed a similar downward trajectory from approximately 539K to 325K in the same period.

Lastly, Chess saw its downloads decrease from roughly 137K at the quarter's beginning to 61K at its end. The weekly active users also decreased from 1.45M to just over 1.09M by the close of Q2.
